Availability and Rates

The cottage is available from 3.00pm on the first day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Normally bookings are from Saturday to Saturday although shorter lets can also be accomodated.

The weekly rate for renting the cottage varies from £295.00 per week in low season, rising to £525.00 in high season. Christmas and New Year are charged at £550.00 per week. Shorter lets (minimum of 3 nights) can be offered subject to availability.

The rental price represents the total cost for rental of the cottage for a full week, and includes all bed linen, towels and fuel for the log burning fire.  The only additional charge is for electricity (meter full on arrival for a full week rental). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are most welcome and are charged at a rate of £10.00 per week each.

A deposit of £100.00 is required on booking, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within eight weeks of your arrival date, then full payment is due immediately. Payment can be made by cheque or credit/delta card. Please refer to our full terms and conditions below.
