Beech holiday cottage provides comfortable, attractive self-catering holiday accommodation near Killin, the Gateway to The Highlands.

The detached cottage sleeps four/five guests in one double and one twin-bedded room, both of which are recently decorated and finished to a high standard. A cot and highchair are also available. All bed linen and towels are supplied and a luxury welcome pack, containing wine, chocolate, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cereals and preserves, is provided on arrival to help you settle in comfortably.

The kitchen within the holiday cottage is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine and microwave. The bathroom has a modern white bathroom suite, with electric shower over the bath.

The Lounge/Dining room is fitted with a leather sofa, 2 easy chairs and a dining table and chairs. A lovely feature of this room is the wood burning stove (logs are supplied). A TV, DVD, Video and CD player are provided, along with a selection of films and music. There is also a wide range of books and family board games to keep you entertained. Just off the main living accomodation, there is a sun porch which will seat 2 people comfortably. The lounge has french doors leading to the garden which is fenced, making this ideal for small children and dogs. There is an outdoor dining area, which has spectacular, uninterrupted views of the private lochan.

The cottage is non-smoking and well behaved pets are most welcome.
